Epic Bridges Analyst

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. Your clients will value you as a true advisor, filling a strategic need. You'll use honesty and candor to consistently provide straight-forward truths and conversations with clients.

• Analysis, conversion, implementation and management of interfaces to/from Epic.

• Assist in obtaining an in-depth understanding of core interface function and assist in identifying and gathering the necessary information to configure Epic interfaces.

• Participate in design and architecture of the systems integration services and applications.

• Identify the key data elements and how they relate to various interfacing scenarios.

• Has an in-depth understanding of core interface function and assists in identifying and gathering the necessary information to configure Epic interfaces.

• Identify the key data elements and how they relate to various interfacing scenarios.

• Conduct functional and integrated testing in preparation for live cut over.

• Document current interface workflows and projected workflows with Epic Bridges.

• Verify the scope of interface changes along with the interface scope documentation.

• Resolves issues during the regularly scheduled on-call. This includes troubleshooting issues and come up with solutions for these issues.

• Responsible for troubleshooting integration applications issues.

• Create interface specification documents

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• Epic Bridges certification
• Experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst
• Experience with Nova notes review and EPIC upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience in all phase levels, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and migration, as well as monitoring and supporting a large number of systems,
• Demonstrated experience with HL7 ADT, Orders, MDM, Billing, Results, and Transcription, including SFTP, ANSI X12 interfaces is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare data.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including developing system workflow and business process flow analysis and design, and manage project plan.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
