This role will focus on creating stunning, conversion-focused designs that align with our brand identity while driving engagement across our digital platforms.

Remote, Full-Time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
As the Digital Designer for our client, you will be responsible for designing web and digital product interfaces with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion optimization. Your primary tools will be Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, where you will create designs that enhance our website, online store, and digital product experiences. You will collaborate with our marketing, branding, and development teams to create digital assets that communicate our brand values and drive online conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and create digital products and web interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
Develop landing pages, email templates, banners, and other digital assets focused on conversion optimization.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create design solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and techniques, continuously improving design practices and workflows.
Conduct user research and apply insights to improve design functionality and overall user experience.
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints while maintaining a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in digital product, web, and UX/UI design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and designing for online sales funnels.
Solid understanding of branding and visual design trends.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate design ideas effectively.
Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
