Responsibilities
- Lead paid social creative strategy for 6-10 clients
- Utilize data insights and consumer research to design high-performance creative assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client communications
- Develop creative concepts aligned with performance goals
- Audit accounts to identify winning ads and drive testing strategies
- Write strategic copy and manage production workflows
- Provide feedback to editors and lead creative brainstorms
- Serve as the client point of contact for creative strategy
- Manage scope, timelines, and client expectations to drive performance
- Identify opportunities for service expansion
- Manage interns or team members as needed
- Leverage AI and proprietary technology (Nova) to optimize processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
