Program Specialist API - Full Time, Days (Culver City)
Reporting directly to the ACNO, the Program Specialist, API is responsible for the staffing schedules and edits in API system in the assigned for the assigned areas. Manages schedule development and posting as well as edits in the system. Tracks outcomes, data collection, generation of reports, and quality improvement efforts. Responsible for successfully translating program requirements to operational requirements. Serves as a conduit between staff, management, and API teams to gather, analyze, interpret, clarify, and develop program requirements. Performs research and system analysis to support business operations by optimizing staffing. Understands a wide range of business processes including knowledge of systems and procedures, applications, policies, and standards. Implements strategies, processes, and standards to ensure that operations supports key program initiatives such as staffing ratios, quality of care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.
