Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with state and local government customers to support their strategic goals using Planet’s technology.
- Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and tailored guidance on best practices.
- Identify expansion and renewal opportunities, partnering with Sales to secure long-term customer value.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop use cases, success stories, and engagement strategies.
- Provide proactive support and account planning aligned with renewals, budget cycles, and legislation.
Education
