As a Phoenix nurse, you'll work one-on-one with your client, providing skilled care such as medication administration, g-tube, trach, and vent management. Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and follow individualized care plans
• Provide nursing care in line with physician’s orders and payer authorizations
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
• Report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
• Educate and support families and care team members
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing education

What You Need:

• Active Kansas LPN or RN license
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and a positive, professional attitude
• A genuine passion for helping others
