- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Develop and update policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for exceptional care
- Address concerns and needs of residents and families
- Lead in assessment, planning, and evaluation for residents
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area and equipment
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage nursing department budget
- Lead quality assurance and improvement efforts
Education
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
