Contract Specialist (Nashville, TN)
The Contract Specialist is tasked with assisting in the creation and renewal of service contracts by accurately entering and verifying details from signed agreements into the management system, processing terminations, and updating customer accounts while working under limited supervision.
Your role:
Assist in creating service contracts by accurately entering relevant details from signed agreements into the management system and verifying product information.
Support contract renewals and terminations by preparing necessary documentation and updating the management system for current customer accounts.
Maintain organized contract files, providing accessible documentation for audits, internal reviews, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to Sales Teams and internal departments by responding to inquiries and offering detailed contract information, including processing contract credit memos.
You're the right fit:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Renewal and Administration or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation & reporting for effective administrative support.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $21.00 to $34.00, plus overtime eligibility.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
