We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution solutions for our organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize quality management processes This role requires an organized individual with a strong technical background, fluency in English, and the ability to adapt to and document the existing IT environment.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP Sales and Distribution module.
• Lead or participate in SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions. Customize and enhance SAP functionalities to meet specific business needs. Conduct system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between modules. Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide training on SAP SD processes.
• Provide ongoing support to SAP users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform system enhancements and optimizations. Conduct regular system monitoring and ensure data integrity within the SAP SD modules. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry best practices.
• Lead solution support for SD processes including master data, sales contracts, sales and delivery processing, shipping, pricing, tax, credit, billing, and revenue recognition to meet business requirements
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions using SAP SD functionalities. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our SAP application.

• 5-10 years of SAP SD experience. Minimum 3 years in S4HANA.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SD implementations
• Strong experience in SAP SD pricing, configuration, including variant configuration, sales forecast, quotes, contracts, order & delivery processing, credit management, pricing procedure & conditions, billing, revenue recognition, reporting, profitability analysis . Experience with Fiori and other mobile applications.
• Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems.
• A thorough and clear understanding of SAP SD (ECC) and SAP CRM architecture, configuration and implementation
• Experience with SAP CPQ a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
• This position is located onsite in Syracuse NY (Relocation assistance is available)
