Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking users in the gaming and esports sectors.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding game features, account management, and esports events.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the gaming team to relay common concerns and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and developments to provide informed support.
  • Encourage community engagement by actively participating in discussions and fostering a positive environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or esports environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for gaming and esports.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage interactions with diverse users.
  • Familiarity with gaming communities, platforms, and support software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while staying organized and productive.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to helping others in the gaming community.
