Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users of the music streaming platform.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, subscriptions, and platform features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to relay customer feedback and improve service.
  • Stay informed about the latest platform updates, music releases, and features to provide comprehensive support.
  • Encourage user engagement by promoting new features and services available on the platform.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the technology or entertainment industries.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for music and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping customers, and a willingness to learn.
