We are seeking a passionate, creative, and business-minded Floral Design Curator to lead and elevate the floral program across all public areas of the estate. This individual will play a vital role in reinforcing our design ethos while creating meaningful visual and sensory experiences for our guests and members.

The Floral Curator will also introduce and manage a custom floral arrangement offering, supporting private guest requests, events, and member experiences — establishing this as a new and sustainable revenue stream for the estate.

• Design & Execution:
  Create, maintain, and refresh floral installations and arrangements throughout public areas of the estate in line with seasonal themes and guest events.

• Custom Arrangements:
  Collaborate with concierge and guest services to design bespoke floral creations for guests and members, from small personal bouquets to lavish event displays.

• Seasonal Décor:
  Take the creative lead on seasonal floral decor (holidays, signature events, etc.), ensuring continuity with estate-wide visual narratives and themes.

• Revenue Generation:
  Build and manage a custom floral service as a revenue-generating program, including pricing models, sales tracking, and client engagement.

• Aesthetic Consistency:
  Uphold and embody the aesthetic guidelines and design language established by Ken Fulk, ensuring all floral elements harmonize with the estate’s interiors and landscape design.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the Landscaping Manager and broader estate teams to ensure floral design is seamlessly integrated into broader estate presentations and events.

• Vendor Relations:
  Source and manage floral vendors, growers, and supply partners to ensure access to premium, seasonal blooms at competitive pricing.

• Maintenance & Logistics:
  Ensure all floral installations are properly maintained and refreshed regularly, and manage inventory of vases, tools, and floral supplies.

• Proven experience in floral design and curation, preferably in a luxury hospitality or event environment.

• Strong knowledge of floriculture, flower conditioning, and seasonal availability.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and execute a high-level design vision (familiarity with Ken Fulk’s style is a significant advantage).

• Sales-savvy with the ability to develop and manage a profitable program.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
