Description
Parker McCay is seeking an associate attorney to join our litigation department, a dynamic, broad practice representing a wide range of businesses and industries primarily throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The commercial litigation department is a small team, allowing members to work on meaningful assignments related to complex litigation and risk management in a collaborative environment.
Position Summary: Working under general supervision, provides quality legal services to clients including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, discovery, court appearances, client communication and direct client contact. Attorneys are also expected to participate in marketing activities, including networking, community involvement, etc.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically with experience in research, motion practice, discovery, and hearing/trial preparation.
