Position Description:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for delivering insightful analysis and financial guidance to help drive decision-making across the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with executives and department heads to plan, report, and optimize business performance. This position reports directly to the Head of TASK APAC & Eastern Europe.

Position Location: Remote — Hawaii (to align with Australian and Eastern Time Zone crossover)

Reports To: Head of TASK APAC & Eastern Europe

What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

· Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

· Advanced Excel skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders

· Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field

· Willingness to travel internationally

Additional Skills:

· Experience partnering with executive leaders and department heads

· Strong understanding of cost optimization strategies

· Comfort with systems upgrades and process improvements

· Ability to manage competing priorities and ad hoc requests

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

Financial Planning

· Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes

· Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals

· Build and maintain financial models for long-term planning and risk management

· Support KPI identification and tracking

· Provide insight on financial drivers and customer profitability

Business Partnering and Financial Analysis

· Deliver in-depth financial analysis to surface trends and improvement areas

· Generate monthly financial and divisional reports for executive leadership

· Partner with cross-functional teams to assess ROI and inform strategy

· Help department leaders understand their budgets and performance

Cost Management

· Analyze operational costs and propose cost optimization measures

· Track cost control effectiveness

Forecasting & Reporting

· Produce rolling forecasts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

· Run cash flow projections and investor support documents

· Develop ad hoc reports and business cases for initiatives

Process Improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and workflows

· Support technology evaluations and upgrades

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting tools
