We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team and drive marketing initiatives that resonate within the cycling community.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, engaging with cycling enthusiasts, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the cycling market, combined with a creative flair and a data-driven mindset to effectively promote products and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales within the cycling community.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities is the cycling industry.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and product descriptions.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers to build a loyal community.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Organize virtual events, contests, and webinars to engage customers and increase brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and design, to create marketing materials that reflect the brand's vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • A passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling community is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development is preferred.
