Business Development Manager, Channel Partnerships (Americas)

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $6B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking.

We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security. For instance, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also place significant focus and resources on launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. From restaking, where we are the largest operator with a 20+% market share, to yield aggregators on stablecoins.

Our clients include BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and others, who choose us for our client-centric approach and extensive product line from unified API to widgets and custom dApps.

We are also actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

Who we are looking for

In the Channel Partner Sales team, our responsibility lies in seeking out intermediaries and selling them the concept of SaaB (Staking as a Business). Intermediaries refer to institutions that offer staking services to their clients: banks, exchanges, wallets, custodial providers.

We exclusively sell our product through identifying client needs and assisting in their fulfillment using our product lineup, consulting on enhancing staking product offerings, marketing, and sales strategies.

You will

  • Achieve or outperform staking as a service targets through growing international clients and partners throughout the Americas region

  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations

  • Search and establish contact with key personnel within potential partners and clients

  • Organize and conduct negotiations for the purpose of selling staking services

  • Identify customer needs and objections, search for growth points

  • Be highly creative and innovative in your preparation of commercial offers

  • Participate in conferences and public events

  • Deliver live detailed updates to and work with the company CRM habitually and religiously without exception

You have

  • Crypto-native: Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market in general, blockchains technologies and Web3 concepts.

  • Experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Business development/Sales manager, Account Executive role.

  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.

  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations.

  • A consultative approach to sales, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.
