About The Role: Our Process Production Engineer designs, optimizes, and manages production processes, leads projects, implements continuous improvements, provides technical expertise, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Designs and Optimizes Processes: Develops, configures, and refines production processes from initial concept to certified operation, including researching new equipment

• Manages and Troubleshoots Production: Oversees day-to-day optimization of production lines, assists with troubleshooting, performs root cause analysis, and monitors equipment performance

• Leads and Participates in Projects: Manages and contributes to capital expenditure and process improvement projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and time

• Drives Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluates and enhances equipment and processes to boost efficiency, improve quality, and develop best practices

• Provides Technical Expertise and Ensures Compliance: Acts as a technical consultant, stays current with industry developments, performs risk assessments, and ensures all processes and documentation meet internal and external regulations.

Skills and Expertise  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree – Engineering

• 5 years’ experience in production/manufacturing environment
