- Experience with lead generation tools like Salesforce CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Business Development Representatives, coaching them to exceed targets and engage through motivational strategies.
- Drive performance by surpassing monthly and quarterly opportunity conversion targets from inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Coach and develop BDRs in lead generation activities, cold calling, email outreach, sequencing, and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports including opportunity conversions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to optimize the go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to assess strategy, progress, and areas for improvement.
Education
- Relevant experience and background in business development management.
- Experience in cybersecurity or technology sectors preferred but not explicitly required.
