The Senior Principal Cost Control Analyst will interact with various operating units, business areas, and division staff to support project planning and control, variance analysis and meeting reporting requirements. In addition, the Analyst will interface with program managers, control account managers (CAMs), accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement organizations, as well as external customers daily to address operational and maintenance issues with programs. Communicating with managers, functional management, control account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial and program execution support and analysis.

Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
