We are looking for you to join our team as a Program Planning and Scheduling Manager 2 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. This position offers the 9/80 schedule.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Program Planning & Scheduling Manager 2 will become part of the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (MS) Sector, Program Scheduling and Compliance Center of Excellence. The MS scheduling organization focuses on skill development and, most importantly, creates a pathway for professional development and progression. The Center of Excellence provides training within a standard, common tool suite that allows for speed, productivity and integration while facilitating compliance and focusing on program execution.
The Program Planning & Scheduling Manager 2 will be responsible for leading a department with multiple program schedulers and will provide guidance and direction in the preparation and coordination of plans and integrated schedules for new and existing programs. The Manager will also be a partner with Program Management and Business Management leadership at the Rolling Meadows site.

Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
