Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming bills ensuring compliance with company policies
- Match bills with purchase orders and record them in QuickBooks and other applications
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate vendor purchasing programs
- Prepare and coordinate weekly payment runs and reconcile AP transactions
- Assist with quarterly and annual closing activities for multiple entities
- Prepare and file 1099 forms and manage subcontractor agreements
- Identify and implement process improvements in accounts payable operations
- Handle additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Education
- Relevant accounting or finance education preferred but not explicitly required
