The Role:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Associate to join our Performance Marketing team. This person will help build, optimize and report out on paid social campaigns as well as conduct tests to improve channel performance. This position will report directly to the Manager, Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with the wider digital, product, product growth and creative team. If you're a technical marketer who loves both creative and quantitative thinking — and who wants to level up on tracking, attribution, and real business impact — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other relevant paid ad platforms.
Design and run structured A/B tests—from ideation to launch, optimization, and reporting—across creative, audiences, landing pages, and other performance levers."
Optimize paid media, with the ability to hone in on the proper KPIs for decision-making. Must be data-driven, analytical, and have experience with excel, pivot tables, etc.
Report out on paid social performance results, with the ability to translate numbers on paper to key insights and next steps.
Partner with creative to ideate on, brief and test into new creative concepts
What You’ll Bring:
2-4+ years of paid social experience, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce or B2C environment
Hands on experience in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social ad management platforms
Experience working in a high-growth consumer, gaming, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you know how to form a hypothesis, test it, and learn quickly. You also have experience working in excel or other analytical tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you can clearly explain decisions, tradeoffs, and results
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Curiosity - you are interested in learning how things work and often find yourself searching for the answer to problems most others would have ignored.
Technical aptitude - you are interested in learning about pixels, UTMS, and how tracking works
Collaboration - you’re comfortable reaching across teams to gather insights, build consensus, and get what you need to move projects forward..
Nice to Have’s:
Proficient in web analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Omni, Tableau, Looker etc.)
Familiarity with attribution models and the technical side of ad tracking
