Skills
- 7+ years in frontend development with deep React and React Native expertise.
- Experience with Kotlin or Swift native mobile code.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
- Expertise in state management and optimizing complex UX interactions.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, real-time data, and compiled code languages (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, optimization, and expansion of web and mobile applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
- Drive best practices regarding performance, security, and scalability across platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Own key architectural decisions and mentor engineering team members.
- Work hands-on with modern front-end tooling, component-driven architecture, and state management.
- Optimize real-time interactions focusing on accessibility and usability.
- Foster an innovative engineering culture and promote technical ownership.
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related fields.
