- Proven Salesforce architecture and reporting expertise.

- Experience with RevOps platforms such as Outreach, LeanData, Marketo, Gong, RevIntel.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills including experience with SCQA frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes from lead generation to customer retention.
- Own and optimize CRM (Salesforce) and GTM tech stack tools ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
- Create dashboards and reports providing actionable revenue insights in partnership with BI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on revenue strategies.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks leveraging automation and scalable design principles.
- Support strategic revenue planning including territory design and compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of workflows, system architecture, and compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
