Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Technical Data Manager at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. Qualified candidates must have an active Secret clearance.

• Assist with the preparation of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), which are specialized directives issued by the Air Force to guide Air Force personnel in performing one-time changes, modifications, or inspections on equipment
• Assist in the completion of AFTO Forms 873, 874, and 875.
• Collaborate with technical content managers to maintain the publication and distribution of changes to a system’s configuration because of a Configuration Control Board directive.
• Assist the program office transition to a digital technical order system
• Coordinate, document AFTO data requirements
• Develop methods, plans, and feedback requirements
• Review, make changes to specifications and/or regulations, draft new specifications and regulations, and support additional technical order-related assignments
• Monitor AFTO database products, correct data as necessary, and advise the customer if further action is needed

Qualifications

• Have an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience.
• Experience with the preparation of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO)
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the policies and procedures from DoD Instruction 5000.02 Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework

Business Development

• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
