Customer Growth Marketing Manager - Microsoft Fabric

The Marketing Experiences team is a growth engine with the goal of driving revenue and product usage through bold creativity, strategic audience engagement, and marketing experiences that deliver real impact. We partner deeply across our sales and product teams to ensure every marketing campaign or activity ladders up to business outcomes. By leveraging AI and automation to streamline our operations, we will create space to focus where it matters most—on strategy, innovation, and the work that moves the business forward. We will bring data together from across our channels to give us a clear view of the customer journey so we can make smarter investment decisions and ensure every dollar works harder. Grounded in accountability, collaboration, and creative excellence, we’re setting a new bar for what modern marketing can achieve. 


The Senior Customer Growth Marketing Manager for Microsoft Fabric will lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for Microsoft’s unified AI-powered data platform. In this role, you will imagine the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to help customers innovate with Microsoft Fabric, using compelling email and in-product messaging to drive product adoption, usage, and ultimately lifetime value. We are looking for an individual with impactful business judgment, tenacity, technical depth, and a natural affinity for data-driven marketing. You have effective communication skills, a bias for action and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization to create meaningful, customer-centric communications that drive impact. A successful candidate is customer-focused, creative, and can develop a strategy and execution plan to drive impact. Technical familiarity with the developer and IT professional audiences and/or software development is preferred.
