INITIAL & ROC Weekday Visit Rate: $73 per visit

INITIAL & ROC Weekend/Holiday Visit Rate : $85 per visit

Ortho Weekend/Holiday Visit Rate: $70 per visit

Revisit Daily Visit Rate: $68 per visit

Responsibilities

MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
• Registered and Licensed as a PT in NYS
• Must have a minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a health care setting; Home Care experience highly preferred
• Must be able to provide own transportation in order to make visits in assigned area(s); vehicle/drivers license may be required
