Job Description

Part-Time Clinical Nurse - Supportive Care Office Practice 

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our Supportive Care Team.   

Role Overview: 

• Function in reciprocal Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of patients receiving palliative medicine.
• Perform patient assessment and provide symptom management.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure efficient care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.

Key Qualifications: 

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required
• 1.5 – 2 years of oncology experience
• Palliative and Ambulatory experience strongly preferred

Pay Range $121,300- $154,450.00

Additional Information:

• Location: Float between 504 E 81st Street, New York, NY 10028 and David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care , 530 East 74th ,  New York, NY 10065
• Schedule: Part-Time 2x10 hours Monday – Friday Flex 8AM-6PM
