Virtual Assistant (with BPO & Healthcare Experience) with Paid Training

We are currently looking for Virtual Assistants (VAs) to work directly with our U.S. clients. This is an independent contractor role, giving you stability, and offering full-time, long-term work opportunities. Clients will provide paid training, including U.S. Healthcare 101!

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting U.S. doctors and medical staff remotely, including being on webcam interactions with patients and staff as needed
- Be prepared to be on webcam ~60% of your shift
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups
- Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Accurately documenting patient information
- Collaborating with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure high-quality service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer services or as a Virtual Assistant
- 1–2 years of healthcare experience (Nurses a plus!)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong soft skills – empathy, patience, professionalism
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Comfortable being on camera during client interactions
- Willing to complete a 60-minute online assessment
Must have:
- A Windows computer is required for this role. Mac, tablet, or mobile devices are not supported.
- A back-up generator/power system
- High-speed internet connection
- A quiet, dedicated home office setup
A plus if you have:
- Nursing experience
- Experience with U.S. healthcare clients
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
- Background in appointment setting, admin tasks, or patient support
