Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based patient counseling and therapy modalities.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Document all patient interactions and services in compliance with clinical best practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case planning and team meetings.
- Engage in ongoing education to maintain professional competency.
Education
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
- Active or eligibility for Oregon Licensure.
