A Day in the Life

This dynamic position is integral to the Cardiac Pacing Therapies (CPT) business, under the leadership of the Senior Group Manager of Global Commercial Marketing for leadless pacing. The person in this role will concentrate on diverse growth initiatives aimed at boosting the adoption of leadless pacing in the US market, while having the chance to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners worldwide. A creative, passionate, and competitive spirit is needed in this role to ensure the leadless opportunity at Medtronic is maximized. It’s the perfect mix of sales, marketing, and market growth for one of the most exciting growth businesses in Medtronic.

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

  • Analyze and report on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies

  • Monitor and share performance metrics and optimize strategies

This role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with our field, patients, and customers. You’ll be responsible for understanding the challenges faced by each of these stakeholders to effectively position our leadless pacing technology in the marketplace. Additionally, this role will enable you to become a subject matter expert (SME) in pacing by continuously engaging with our research, clinical, field/sales, and engineering colleagues.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, communications, business administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in healthcare or technology (2+ years of experience with Master’s degree).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
