We are seeking a driven and dynamic Physician Relations Project Coordinator III to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. The coordinator will support physician engagement initiatives and collaborate closely with Physician Relations Program Managers and Director to support and execute key activities across advisory boards, consulting visits, conferences, and strategic key physician planning and engagements.
Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. It is comprised of three key businesses: Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Defibrillation Solutions, and Cardiac Diagnostic Services. A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide project and program support to the Cardiac Rhythm Management Physician Relations team.
Assist with the execution and logistics of advisory and consulting meetings, including:
Drafting agendas, surveys, and PowerPoint slides.
Compiling post-meeting reports and survey data.
Tracking advisor payments and internal attendee lists.
Support customer visits by coordinating confirmations, agendas, and some internal communications.
Manage internal communications for advisory meetings (e.g., meeting notices, calendars, distribution lists).
Maintain and update databases, including timely data entry into SmartSheets.
Coordinate internal room requests and manage a group mailbox.
Assist with physician relations activities such as:
Utilizing third-party data.
Scheduling and calendaring.
Verifying data and managing biographies.
Making dinner reservations for conferences.
Support dashboard creation and metric reporting.
Must Have (Minimum Requirements):
To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.
High school diploma
4 years’ experience in a support role
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience at Medtronic.
Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar data management tools.
Experience with Power BI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
Experience in project management and database entry.
Ability to work effectively with multiple team members.
