About MarcoPolo Learning

MarcoPolo Learning is a leading provider of innovative content, technology, and instructional support for early childhood education. Since 2013, we’ve impacted thousands of classrooms and hundreds of thousands of families across North America. Our Emmy-nominated MarcoPolo World School app and The Polos TV series bring STEM and global discovery to life for young learners. Backed by top-tier investors, we're on a mission to transform early learning at scale.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Success Coordinator based in Tampa, Florida, to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Partner Success team in delivering high-quality service to our partners, assisting with onboarding, relationship management, and day-to-day coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about education and partner engagement. This is a hybrid role; candidates must be based in Tampa, as occasional in-person visits to customer sites may be required. Flexibility to support partners outside of standard business hours — including some evenings and weekends — may occasionally be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day coordination and management of a growing portfolio of schools and partners
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new partners have a smooth and successful start
  • Schedule, organize, and help facilitate webinars and trainings to engage customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Partner Success, Content, and Product, to ensure seamless support and alignment
  • Help maintain strong relationships with partners through timely, professional communication
  • Respond to partner inquiries via email and support channels with efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor, track, and escalate technical issues or bugs to the engineering team with clear documentation
  • Assist in collecting and organizing partner success metrics and feedback
  • Contribute suggestions for improving Partner Success processes based on customer insights and day-to-day experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, communications, or a related field)
  • 2+ years of experience working in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or elementary school setting
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting educators and partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring follow-through on tasks
  • Comfortable facilitating engaging virtual trainings and webinars
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, open to coaching and feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for in-person events, including evenings and weekends when needed
  • Comfortable with outbound calling to engage providers and educators.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish
  • Location: Ideally based in Tampa, Florida

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary, plus bonus
  • Equity through stock options
  • Hybrid and flexible schedule.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • 401K plan with matching.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation.
  • Winter Break during Christmas & New Year
  • Family-friendly environment and culture that values work-life balance.
  • Access to learning and growth opportunities.
  • Meaningful work supporting early childhood development.

This is a full-time position working on a hybrid schedule out of our Tampa office. The salary range for this role is set between $60,000 and $70,000 USD, along with stock options.

Additionally, a bonus structure is in place for all members of the Partner Success team. The actual compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
