Responsibilities
- Lead project management for retail shop fit outs, including new builds, refits, refreshes, closures, and store maintenance.
- Manage Capex budgets including estimates, actuals verification, and forecast updates.
- Ensure well-planned project schedules collaborating with Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing, and Finance.
- Maintain and develop project status and capex reports.
- Assist with retail interpretation of construction information impacting business operations.
- Provide hands-on assistance with installations during shop openings and changes.
- Continuously assess retail business support needs and improve processes.
- Collaborate with SSP designers to deliver engaging retail projects.
- Support best customer service experience related to retail environments.
Education
- Post-secondary education related to project management or construction preferred.
