Provides reporting and administrative support for a variety of advising financial, technical and administrative functions in the daily operations of the school’s financial aid office. Participates in recruitment and retention activities. Creates and develops financial aid packages for accelerated and graduate students. Maintains accurate financial records of prospects and enrolled students in all financial aid systems for all programs.

  • Responsible for providing financial aid counselling/advising to prospects, applicants, students and their families working in collaboration

  • Maintains accurate financial records of prospects and enrolled students in all financial aid systems for all programs.

  • Creates and provides projected cost of attendance for incoming and continuing students.

  • Creates and develops financial aid packages for accelerated and graduate students using analytical skills

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Grad/GE Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
