Skills: Knowledge of instructional design theory, proficiency in design tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia), excellent communication, and project management skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience, 1-2 years in instructional design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $90,000.

The Instructional Designer will report to the Learning and Development Manager at the Lucid AMP-1 factory in Casa Grande, AZ. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training material for Lucid Motors employees. Another key responsibility will be implementing project management practices that enable an effective and efficient training development process.
