Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in mobile (iOS/Android) product design.
- Deep knowledge of mobile-first design principles and platform best practices.
- Experience designing for rapid iteration and experimentation environments.
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into impactful design.
- Skilled in collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts focused on mobile-first user experiences for Life360’s mobile apps.
- Rapidly prototype and launch designs to support fast-paced growth and experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Research teams.
- Drive and validate design hypotheses via A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
- Conduct user research including interviews and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Iterate designs quickly based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
- Create compelling mockups, prototypes, and interaction models communicating design ideas.
- Foster creativity and innovation within the international growth design team.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of growth design strategy for global markets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
