We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing data privacy and AI company. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a visionary founder, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll play a critical role in maximizing the CEO’s efficiency, helping drive the company’s mission forward in one of the most dynamic areas of tech.

Preferred Candidate Location: PA or DE
Start Date: Immediate start
Provide administrative support to the Founder/CEO
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Handle confidential information with discretion
Prepare meeting materials and reminders of deadlines and deliverables
Support the CEO’s errands with frequent driving between PA and DE
A bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution is strongly preferred
At least 2 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level tech executives is strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
A valid driver’s license and a car
High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency
Low-ego approach focused on a strong alignment with the visionary CEO’s leadership style
Comfortable with working flexible hours outside of a standard schedule
Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude
Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
Competitive salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
