Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of SMS and push messaging campaigns across multiple brands
- Ensure flawless QA and on-time delivery of messaging campaigns
- Audit and improve onboarding flows to boost user engagement and conversion
- Drive growth in performance metrics through data-backed experimentation
- Deliver actionable performance reporting including CTR, revenue, unsubscribe rates, and margins
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and documentation of best practices
Education
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or SMS campaign execution
