Compensation & Growth Path

This is an equity-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 5 months, following our next round of funding and validator node sales.

We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.

Position Title: Chief Interoperability and Integration Officer (CIIO)

Position Overview: For this exciting but challenging position, Launch Legends is seeking a highly qualified Chief Interoperability and Integration Officer (CIIO) to lead our efforts in achieving seamless integration and interoperability across our Layer-1 blockchain, decentralized cloud, API catalog and application ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging Web2 and Web3 technologies, creating a unified experience for users, developers, and partners.  Autheo wants to be known as an Integration Blockchain, providing intgrations and interoperablity among Web2 and Web3 applications, systems, platforms and projects. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a computer-related field, with deep expertise in API and SDK integration, data interoperability, and extensive experience in blockchain and Web3.

   • Develop and execute a robust interoperability strategy, enabling seamless connectivity between Web2 and Web3 ecosystems across blockchain, decentralized cloud, and other platform elements.
   
   
   • Set clear, actionable goals for interoperability that align with the company's strategic vision, driving forward innovation in cross-platform compatibility and integration.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   API and SDK Development and Management

   
   
   
   
   
   • Lead the development and optimization of APIs and SDKs that facilitate integration for both Web2 and Web3 applications within our application catalog.
   
   
   • Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and adaptable, supporting smooth data and function exchanges between traditional Web2 systems and Web3 decentralized applications (dApps).

   Cross-Platform and Cross-Protocol Compatibility

   
   
   
   
   
   • Design and implement solutions to enable compatibility across various platforms, protocols, and cloud environments, supporting a truly interconnected ecosystem.
   
   
   • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish tools for protocol bridging, facilitating interoperability across decentralized and traditional cloud infrastructures.

   • Act as a bridge between Web2 and Web3 development communities, providing support, resources, and best practices to encourage successful integration within our platform.
   
   
   • Build partnerships and offer training that empowers Web2 developers to transition into Web3, driving developer engagement and adoption.

   • Oversee data interoperability protocols to enable secure, compliant, and privacy-respecting data exchange between decentralized and centralized systems.
   
   
   • Ensure that users retain control over their data, implementing secure data management and interoperability policies in line with regulatory standards.

   • Lead ongoing research into cutting-edge interoperability technologies, such as blockchain bridges, cross-chain communication, and data portability.
   
   
   • Explore and incorporate emerging standards and technologies that can enhance platform functionality, ensuring the ecosystem remains at the forefront of interoperability innovation.

   Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

   
   
   
   
   
   • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, blockchain, and decentralized cloud teams to align interoperability efforts with organizational objectives.
   
   
   • Lead a team of interoperability engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence, enabling the seamless execution of interoperability initiatives.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• PhD in a computer-related field, with a specialization in data interoperability, integration, or blockchain technologies.


• Extensive experience in Web3 and blockchain development, including a strong understanding of Layer-1 blockchain architecture, decentralized storage, and smart contracts.


• Deep knowledge of API and SDK design and management, with demonstrated ability to implement scalable and secure integration solutions for diverse application environments.


• Expertise in integration and interoperability strategies for data, applications, and platforms across Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.


• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and experience with integration methods, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.


• Strong understanding of Golang, microservices architecture, and cross-chain interoperability is highly preferred.


• Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning is a plus but not required.
