Responsibilities
- Act as a primary HR contact for a diverse workforce, coaching and guiding on employment practices
- Collaborate with local management on performance management and employee relations matters
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and processing new hires ensuring compliance
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and leave of absence processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Organize employee engagement and special events
- Handle full lifecycle employee activities including transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for policy violations
- Communicate relevant employment law and company policy updates to managers
- Deliver training to employees and managers on policies and job-related activities
- Implement corporate HR programs and procedures at the local level
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
