Responsibilities
- Lead or support regional and global projects within Global Regulatory Affairs Compliance and Planning.
- Drive adherence to best practices in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as North America lead for local implementation of global compliance and planning initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, PV, and IT to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and risk management tracking initiatives.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections, including CAPA and deviation tracking.
- Lead GAP analysis and harmonization of processes and SOPs across regions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP Certification required.
