Position Overview: The Installation Command, Control, and Communication Mission-Based Systems Engineer will support the MCICOM G-6 directorate, responsible for conducting mission-based systems engineering analysis of installation-level command, control, and communication (C3) support agreements and information exchange requirements across Marine Corps installations.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt 

Location: Hybrid (Pentagon and Remote)  

Anticipated Start Date: August 1st, 2025 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Conduct site assessments and interviews with installation staff across various departments. 
• Collect and digitize all support agreements (e.g., MOAs, MOUs, ISSAs). 
• Analyze technical, security, and administrative aspects of support agreements. 
• Identify and document information exchange methods and associated security controls. 
• Develop and maintain an Information Exchange Requirement (IER) matrix. 
• Identify gaps in support services and provide monthly reports to leadership. 
• Convert all documentation to electronic format and ensure proper disposal of paper records. 

Requirements

Position Requirements: 

• Experience in systems engineering and mission-based analysis. 
• Active Secret Clearance. 
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. 
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree. 
• Familiarity with Marine Corps installation operations and support agreements. 
• Strong analytical and documentation skills. 
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
