Position Overview: The Installation Communication Grid Systems Engineer will support the MCICOM G-6 directorate, responsible for providing mission-based systems engineering support for the Marine Corps Installation Communication Grid, integrating capital assets into national and host nation critical infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop system engineering models based on audit survey results.
- Provide expert consultation on telecommunications infrastructure and policy.
- Coordinate with FCC and other agencies for infrastructure integration.
- Ensure quality assurance across the lifecycle of communication products.
- Support policy development and strategic planning.
- Facilitate cross-agency engagements and working groups.
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to senior leadership.
- Support regulatory compliance and licensing efforts.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must have a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and policy.
- Experience with federal and host nation regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
