Job Responsibilities:
- Hands-on developing marketing campaigns, assets, content, and value propositions across various channels, both digital and traditional selling channels, to create demand for KONE solutions and services, generate leads and deliver differentiation.
- In collaboration with cross-functional teams planning and implementing marketing initiatives and projects as well as customer engagement efforts, including customer events, to support business objectives.
- Conducting market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitoring and measuring the success of marketing efforts and making data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Understanding and participating in global marketing initiatives and bringing them to local business geographies.
Hiring Requirements:
-Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing
-Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field of study
-Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior:
- Expertise in the field of marketing and demand generation in a B2B environment.
- Good understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing, SEO, social media, and market research methods
- Ability to analyze marketing data and use customer insights
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent project management and time management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to develop engaging customer content and messages to drive desired business outcomes.
- Team player and strong work ethic.

The hiring range for this role is $90,300.00 - $124,200.00 in Lisle, IL or $84,400.00 - $116,100.00 in Allen, TX. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
