Skills
- 5+ years of podcast and/or video production experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition editing software.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with lighting, camera setups, and remote recording tools such as Megaphone and Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute podcast strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts.
- Own end-to-end production of podcast and video content, including scripting, scheduling, recording, and editing.
- Record and edit internal and external webinars for on-demand and promotional use.
- Produce short-form video content optimized for social media aligning with company tone and goals.
- Direct on-site and remote recording sessions for podcasts and videos.
- Manage post-production workflows, including sound mixing, audio leveling, graphic overlays, captions, and final exports.
- Maintain and troubleshoot audio/video equipment and stay current with production technologies.
- Coordinate schedules, approvals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Collaborate across KBRA's global offices to ensure seamless multimedia execution.
- Contribute to content planning and creative brainstorming with Marketing and Communications teams.
