Kanza Cooperative is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Communications and various business units to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our brand and enhances communication with customers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cooperatives and agriculture, along with experience in writing, editing, graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and enjoy both independent and collaborative work, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year accredited college or university in communications or agricultural communications (or their equivalents) is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or training in agriculture.
Willing to seek out and attend additional continuing education, seminars, classes or other job-related education requirements or opportunities.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, this position requires proficient, computer operation skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office programs, Facebook and Instagram. Experience with website and social media management program is a plus.
