- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Concur and Sage 300 (Timberline) accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Process full cycle accounts payable including high volume invoice matching, coding, and batching.
- Maintain and update accounts payable reports and vendor documentation.
- Manage vendor communications and maintain updated vendor files and W-9 forms.
- Review, enter, and code construction/development invoices and vendor information.
- Obtain invoice approvals from project managers and process vendor payments.
- Review and process employee expense reports in Concur ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for accounts payable.
- Assist with requests for information from external parties.
Education
- Four-year degree or minimum three years relevant accounts payable experience.
