One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Software Engineer in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly scaling backend infrastructure that supports highly available, multi-tenant services. You’ll join a collaborative team of seasoned engineers focused on building distributed systems that are both powerful and elegant. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll own the design and implementation of critical backend features, driving improvements in scalability, latency, reliability, and performance. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement backend service features across a large-scale distributed system
• Deliver clean, scalable code with a focus on concurrency, operational excellence, and high availability
• Develop thorough test coverage and support tools for observability (logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts)
• Document technical decisions and provide runbooks to ensure smooth deployment and operation
• Partner with engineering peers to improve system performance, reliability, and delivery velocity
• Contribute to the evolution of both on-premise and dedicated cloud architecture initiatives

• Deep experience building distributed systems at scale, with a focus on reliability and performance
• Strong background in writing concurrent, production-level code—ideally at an advanced or expert level
• Proven operational experience with distributed systems, including failover, latency, and availability management
• Hands-on knowledge of observability best practices: metrics, alerting, and logging
• Experience with tools such as Elasticsearch or Clickhouse is highly desirable
• Comfortable driving architecture discussions and mentoring engineering teams
• Bonus points for experience with Go and infrastructure-related environments

• Competitive salary: $170,000 – $250,000, plus equity participation
