The Data Center Operations Delivery Lead is accountable for the overall success of JLL's data center operations across multiple client accounts. This role manages tools and resources to ensure effective and efficient operation of the data center portfolio, maximizing uptime and site efficiencies.

• Provide leadership and expertise in managing all aspects of operations and critical environments, including client service, operational excellence, and field execution.
• Interpret, communicate, and establish consistent engineering services and critical environments management strategies to support client accounts.
• Ensure integration of all services delivered within agreed service levels and contractual compliance.
• Support management of client reporting and ensure contractual compliance, including fixed, variable, and incentive compensation achievements are met.
• Review metrics using analytics tools to ensure portfolio management aligns with goal parameters.
• Measure, monitor, and report cost savings and value-add contributions to Executive Leaders.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency, and performance improvement of engineering teams and practices.
• Support sales efforts, including identification of expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years operational experience leading teams in a data center environment
• Past experience managing client relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Extensive knowledge of critical systems (e.g., emergency generators, UPS systems, power distribution)
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Experience in navigating large, complex organizations
